In order to better understand the overall and individual psychological status of 09 students in our school，Improve the pertinence of mental health education，Help each school (department) to grasp the students' mental dynamics and main problems in time，To carry out good student work more effectively，The Mental Health Education and Counseling Service Center for college students of the Ministry of Education and Work will organize an online psychological survey for freshmen of 2009 on October 18。The test items are college Student Personality Questionnaire (UPI) and 90-item Symptom Checklist (SCL-90). It is hoped that all hospitals (departments) can actively cooperate and earnestly complete this survey. Specific requirements are as follows:

Please explain to the students before the test that this survey is only for the purpose of understanding the overall situation of the students，Students' privacy will be respected，Test results are kept confidential for students，Will not be disclosed to any other department outside the counseling center，It has no effect on students' future evaluation, party membership and employment.

The freshman counselor of each school (department) should organize the students of the school (department) to take the test on time, and ask the students to wait in front of the information teaching center building 10 minutes before the test;

Ask the acting class teacher of the freshman class to organize the students into the designated computer room in an orderly manner, and ask the students not to make noise after entering the computer room, and sit down to their own seats as soon as possible according to the arrangement of the teacher or volunteers to start the test;
