In order to better understand the overall and individual psychological status of 2014 students in our school，Improve the pertinence of mental health education，Help each school (department) to grasp the students' psychological dynamics and main problems in time，To carry out good student work more effectively，The Mental Health Education and Counseling Service Center of the Ministry of Student Affairs will organize an online psychological survey for freshmen of 2014 on October 19 (Sunday)。The test items are Cattell 16 personality tests (16PF) and 90 Symptom Checklist (SCL-90). It is hoped that all hospitals (departments) can actively cooperate and earnestly complete this survey. Specific requirements are as follows:

Please explain to the students before the test that this survey is only for the purpose of understanding the overall situation of the students，Students' privacy will be respected，Test results are kept confidential for students，Will not be disclosed to any other department outside the counseling center，It has no effect on students' future evaluation, party membership and employment.

Students should be asked to organize their freshmen counselors to take the test on time and wait in front of the media building 10 minutes before the test begins.

All colleges (departments) freshman counselors should organize students to enter the designated computer room in an orderly manner, after entering the computer room, please do not make noise, as soon as possible according to the arrangement of teachers or volunteers to sit in their own seats to start the test;

When logging in, the user name and password are the student's student number. After the test, students should select "Change password" to change their password as prompted.

5. Each student in this survey has to complete two scales, and after all the questions of each scale are completed, the system will automatically exit, please do not close the computer and web page, so as to facilitate the next batch of students to test;
