In order to help the freshmen of 2015 form a class smoothly, gather collective strength, and adapt to college life faster, the Psychological Counseling Center conducted group counseling skills training for all the new generation classes at noon on September 8, 2015 in the College Student Activity Center。

The training was divided into four groups, led by Zhou Lina, Zhao Bohan, Zhang Li and Sun Qingyao. The training lasted for 100 minutes。The training is based on the psychological theme activity program of "Loving each Other and Family" which will be carried out by each freshman class，Help the new generation class to get familiar with the activity process and experience the activity feeling，It also briefly explains the basic principles and principles of group counseling，Basic structure of the general group counselling programme，And basic skills for leading a group。In the process, each class actively put forward the questions and changes to the activity plan based on their own experience, and the four teachers gave answers and suggestions one by one。Four freshmen class teachers also participated in the training。

This training improved the ability of the new generation class of 2015 to independently carry out psychological group activities, and provided a good foundation for the psychological theme activity of "Loving each other and Family" to be carried out after the freshmen of 2015。
