On November 4th, at 3:30 PM, the speaker, Mr. Zhang Fuxu, and the students met at SciencePark Squirrel Seniors Cafe to taste the joy of reading together。At the reading sharing meeting, Mr. Zhang shared with you the core content of "The Mob" with PPT and vivid practical examples, so that the students learned a lot。
At the beginning of the sharing session, Teacher Zhang made a brief introduction to "The Mob" and threw out two questions that triggered intense thinking among the book lovers。First, the first question is:"What do you think of groups？Teacher Zhang combined with a large number of examples to introduce the definition and classification of the group, and through the example of investors, live book friends to tell you that it is not casually gathered together can be called a group, the group must have a consistent psychological appeal, common goal development, so that everyone is clear about the connotation of the group。Then, Zhang's second question was: "What are the new characteristics of groups compared with individuals?？Teacher Zhang clearly summarized the six new characteristics of the group compared with the individual, and explained the group's characteristics to everyone through the recent current politics, movies and TV dramas and life phenomenaNew features, triggered everyone's strong thinking and discussion。Then, Zhang gave a detailed explanation of many popular psychological phenomena through Freud's psychoanalytic theory and Le Pen's reasoning。
After having a certain understanding of the basic concepts and theories of the mass and the group, Mr. Zhang presented the two core basic viewpoints in the book to the book lovers: one is how the individual is overwhelmed by the group？The other is how does a leader control a group？Teacher Zhang explained these two issues in combination with the author's era background, and discussed with everyone how to not be overwhelmed by the group as an individual and how to effectively lead the group as a leader, so that the group will not become a mob。After the intense discussion, let the students deeply know that can not blindly immersed in their own world, can not imitate others, in the encounter of group events to keep a clear head, distinguish between right and wrong, to adhere to their own ideas rather than go with the flow。
