Notice on Further prevention and intervention of college students' psychological crisis

Recently, there have been a number of college students due to psychological problems, mental disorders and other reasons caused by suicide or wounding incidents, in colleges and universities and society has a great negative impact。Although the psychological crisis happens to a few students, it has a great impact on the students themselves, their families, schools and society。Our school has always attached great importance to the prevention and intervention of college students' psychological crisis, and has included this work in the routine work of mental health education。In view of the fact that the current stage is a period of high incidence of student crisis incidents, in order to achieve early detection, timely prevention and effective intervention of psychological problems, ensure the physical and mental health of college students, and maintain the safety and stability of the campus, the university has decided to further strengthen the work on the basis of previous work, the specific work arrangement is as follows:

From May 13 to May 16, on the basis of previous work, an in-depth investigation was conducted on the students in the department。

2. The scope of investigation is all full-time students in school。

   3. Focus on the object of investigation

1.Students who encounter emergencies, such as major family changes, personal or family misfortune, or classmates and relatives around them encounter emergencies。

2.Students with a history of injury, self-injury, suicide attempts, or a minor death in the family。

3.Students who appear or have suffered from serious physical diseases, have a long treatment period, feel pain personally, and still persist in learning at school。

4.Once suffered from mental illness suspended from school, the condition improved and returned to the scholar。

5.Interpersonal disorder, or personality is too introverted, withdrawn, little social interaction, lack of social supporters。

6.Poor family, heavy economic burden, a strong sense of inferiority。

7.Students with psychological and behavioral abnormalities after personal feelings are frustrated。

8.Students with psychological and behavioral abnormalities due to learning difficulties, high pressure for postgraduate entrance examination or employment difficulties。

9.Students who have been disciplined for various reasons, repeated grades, returned to school after suspension, often absent from class or unreachable。

10.Students who are maladaptive due to life adaptation, self-adaptation and other problems, resulting in psychological and behavioral abnormalities。

11.The graduating class is not expected to graduate on time or receive a degree。

12.Family dysfunction。Such as single-parent families (including divorced families, bereaved families, out-of-wedlock families, etc.), reorganized families, parentless families (including adoption, long-term foster care, orphans, etc.)。

13.Students with various degrees of mental disorders or mental illness, especially those who are taking psychotropic drugs to control their illness but still insist on learning at school。

14.Students who are obsessed with the Internet or form other bad habits。

15.Students with psychological and behavioral abnormalities due to various other problems, such as family discord, withdrawn personality, conflict of values, sexual distress, confusion about social undesirable phenomena, etc。

In the process of investigation and intervention, it is especially necessary to pay attention to students who coexist with the above multiple characteristics and have established crisis files, and they are more dangerous and should focus on intervention。

4. Investigation and intervention

1.Each department should attach great importance to the development of this work, organize counselors, class teachers, class psychology committee members and main student cadres to extensively in-depth students, understand the mental health status of students, determine the severity of the problem and whether there may be accidents such as self-injury and wounding, and try to help solve the problem。

2.Each department should carry out all aspects of the situation of all students, and for the students who may have psychological hidden dangers, they should be separately recorded and graded intervention。For file building students, the work should be carried out in strict reference to the "work Flow of psychological crisis prevention and Intervention of Northeast Dianli University"。

3.Each department shall form a written report on the development of the investigation, detailing the organization and implementation process of the investigation, the investigation results and analysis, and the measures taken, earnestly summarizing the experience and lessons in the investigation, and constantly improving the methods and means of investigation。

4. All departments are required to submit the work materials of psychological crisis prevention and intervention to the Psychological Counseling Center of the Department of Student Affairs (320 Student Activity Center, Email address:dongdianxl@163.com)。5月17

From May 20 to 20, the Psychological counseling center of the Ministry of Education and Work will classify and summarize students who may have serious psychological problems reported by each department. For students with particularly serious problems, the Ministry of Education and Work will arrange unified time to organize a briefing meeting focusing on the situation of students and put forward professional guidance and suggestions。

5. Precautions

1.All departments should attach great importance to it and earnestly carry out their work in accordance with the requirements of the notice。Ensure that there are no loopholes in the investigation, timely intervention, and documented norms。

2. The investigation work strictly follows the principle of "tight inside and loose outside, people-oriented" to avoid causing tension。

3.For students with psychological crisis, there should be a special person to accompany them 24 hours to ensure safety。

4.Pay attention to confidentiality in the work, respect the personality of students, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of students。
