(1) The opening ceremony and Fun Sports Meeting of the 13th College Students' Mental Health Month

(2) Psychological knowledge competition

4.Competition mode:
（1) Preliminary round: The written test is closed, and the paper is divided into three parts: psychological knowledge base questions, short answer questions and case analysis questions. 3 people in the team can cooperate to answer a set of papers, and 3 people can be divided into answers at will. The 36 teams with the highest score in the written test in the preliminary round will enter the semifinal。
（2) Semi-final: Randomly 6 teams in a group, the format of the competition is required questions and quick answers, the first team in each group will enter the final。
（3) Final: live question and answer, the final round will set required questions, quick answer questions, risk questions, mutual choice and audience interaction, etc., and compete for the first, second and third prizes。

(3) Psychological theme class meeting competition
1.Competition process:
（1) Preliminary competition: Each school will carry out the preliminary competition on its own, and each school will recommend 1-3 classes to participate in the school-level final competition. Candidate classes should fill out the "Plan for Class Meeting Competition on Psychological Theme" (Appendix 1) and submit it to Room 320, College Student Activity Center on April 24, 12:00-13:00。
（2) Rematch: The rematch will be held from April 24 to May 10, and the competition format will be live demonstration, which shall not exceed 30 minutes。The judges will come to the scene to watch the class meeting. The specific time, place and required props for the class meeting will be prepared by the participating classes themselves. Finally, six classes will be selected to enter the final。
（3) Final: The six classes participating in the final draw lots to determine the order of the competition. The competition time is in mid-May, and the competition place is on the second floor of the College Student Activity Center. The competition form can be the wonderful content of the class meeting or the complete content of the class meeting, and the time must not exceed20分钟。
2.Related requirements:
The theme class meeting should be organized, planned and carried out by the class psychology committee. In principle, counselors or class teachers are required to give guidance to the class meeting。Theme class meeting content should be closely related to the theme, close to the actual psychological state of college students, to reflect, explore and solve the psychological confusion in real life as the goal, to create a healthy psychological atmosphere for the class。The class meeting can be carried out in various forms, such as: group training, psychological salon, psychological case, role play, fun activities and so on。

(4) Psychological drama competition
1.How to register:Students of the whole school participate in the form of colleges, classes, societies and other groups, and need to fill in the registration"Application Form for Psychodrama Competition" (Appendix 2), with script attached, should be submitted to Room 320, Student Activity Centre on April 19, 12:00-13:00。
2.Competition process:
（1) The judges will select several novel works with good ideas from the scripts submitted to enter the final;
（2) The selected plays must be carefully rehearsed by their respective groups, and the final competition will be held at the University Student Activity Center on May 11-12. The performance time of each play will be about 15-20 minutes, and the final award will be based on the performance of the play。
3. Repertoire requirements:
（1) Plot: Based on the study and life of college students, the psychological conflicts, troubles and perplexities of students in study, life and communication are compiled into "small plays" for performance. The content is healthy, positive and close to the reality of students' life, highlighting the psychological activities of college students and giving people enlightenment。
（2) Script: It can be written by students and co-written by teachers and students. The subject matter is novel and original is encouraged。In the arrangement, we should pay attention to solving various problems existing in college students' study and life, and reflect the positive spirit in the selection of materials。
（3) Form: novel, lively, can be used in the form of sketches, drama, musical, song and dance drama, through the performance to make the audience and participants in a harmonious and relaxed atmosphere to inspire life, perception and growth。
（4) Performance: actors must perform without writing, performers dignified, generous, lively image, performance has a certain artistic appeal。
（5) Props: Bring your own props, costumes, etc., you can bring your own audio and video to enhance the performance。
（五）“悦读•Meet a better selfPsychological book sharing contest

（1）初赛：Students in the class share books about mental health or spiritual growth in the form of "Reader", including reading highlights of the book, combined with their own feelings, and share their own mental journey of reading this passage. Each student's sharing time is5分钟。Each class selected 1 excellent sharer to participate in the college level finals。
（2）复赛：The final round is organized by each college. The final round is the same as the preliminary round, and the final round is selected by each collegeOne outstanding sharer participated in the school-level finals。
