Guo Juan first took students' common problem behaviors as the starting point, introduced the seven stages of Internet addiction in detail, specific definitions and assessment methods, and analyzed the methods of counselors to help students cope with the problems in different stages of Internet addiction。Subsequently, relying on her rich consulting experience, she focused on teaching specific operational techniques to deal with Internet addiction among college students in her work。At the end of the lecture, Guo Juan answered the questions of the teachers, which had great inspiration for the practical work of the instructors。
